A name devised with no malice, no ill intention, no bad blood at all, and because some feel the need to impose their value culture on others, their moral righteous indignation on those that mean no ill, and you have to change for fear of the consequences…

What next – Surrey changing their name because their nickname could be construed as being offensive to homosexuals? Lancashire changing their name because one of their number was hit in a thunderstorm? Or as others point out, Kent changing their name as it could bring trauma to Germans.

When is a line going to be drawn in all this? You do not have a right not to be offended. If that were the case, Simon Jordan would have been executed years ago.
