I think this is a superb site, but really…. if there is anyone out there who believes that Andrew Flintoff should be mentioned in the same breath as any of these (and yes, he does do a great comparison with Garry Sobers), then they should be recaptured very quickly.

My full comments will follow in due course, but let us get one thing out of the way now. I would be very pleased to have the man with the incredibly boring batting called Jacques Kallis in my team, ta very much. Boring? Does the most boring batsman in the world score 24 ball half-centuries? He may be methodical but he does the job well, and is the wicket you most want to get in that team. I wish we had him instead of Flintoff.
